Gabriel's First Day of Gymnastics!

Gabriel started his first day of gymnastics. I wasn't sure if there would be any other boys in his class, but there were actually a few. He met a little boy named Ryan who was close to his age. They are learning the gymnastics language by practicing one word a week. The word of the week today was "pike". The teacher had them swinging with there legs straight out in front of them. I am trying to learn all these words also. It is fun for us to have something to do during the day! We can't wait for next week! The entire ride home he told me how much fun he had!

Family

I was thinking about family, and came across this on the internet. It just made me think, and I wanted to share what I read with others.

The Farley's Visit

Sharon, Jiles, Cathy, Michael, and Katie were here for their visit in Myrtle Beach these past few days. On Saturday all of the girls went and had pedicure's! We all enjoyed the pampering! Michael, Gabriel, and I look forward to our next visitor's scheduled to come the first week of July.

Michael, Gabe, and I decided to go to the beach for a few hours on Thursday. Gabe played in the ocean until a wave flipped over his boat.=) He was done with the water after that. The sand is his favorite thing to play in. He loves to dig holes and look for buried treasure. Michael has been reading him a pirate story book, so he is all about hidden treasure.

Here are some pictures of Gabriel at "Nick at Night". He loved it. There was singing, water slides, and wet sponges. We thought the water slides would be his favorite, but he had more fun throwing and picking up wet sponges. Who would have guessed that a few wet sponges could be so entertaining. =)

One of the pictures is of a man that was chosen to be made into a human sundae. The kids all loved watching that one.=)

Dino 3-D

This was an advertisement for a Theatre. What a job to wear headphones and sculpt sand all day! Didn't they do a great job!

Motorcycle Maniacs!

Gabe and Ava wanted to ride this motorcycle after they watched the new Shreck movie at the theatre. I am not sure if Gabe is trying to tell Ava to go faster or trying to get her out of his way so he can do the driving. =) A couple days later they decided to have a tail gating party and drink a few Cherry Coke's on a hot summer day.

Gabe's Bear "Buzzy Bear"

We took our first trip to Build-A-Bear. Gabe loved it! Bath time was his favorite. He picked out a Buzz Lightyear outfit and named him Buzzy Bear. He will read to him during the day, but no bear can take the place of his dog "Mr. Cuddles" and his favorite satin blue blanket when bed time comes around.

Here are some pictures of Ava and Gabriel. They fight once they get together, and they beg to see eachother when they are apart. The irony of it all. =)

Andrew and Heather Ku's (Michael's sister) wedding
