Seven Random Things About Myself
1) My favorite color is purple.
2) When I was in High School I never thought the health field would interest me. Now I love to read about different diseases, whats new in vaccines, how to help people that are sick.
3) All while growing up I used to sling my dirty clothes every where. Now I can't stand clothes lying around, not even if they are folded up on the dresser. I love order!
4) I love it when Gabe tells me that I am his best friend.
5) My favorite past time is watching movies with Michael and Gabriel as a family.
6) I felt as though I should have a party when Gabe finally started using the potty! It felt more rewarding than anything I had ever accomplished for myself.
7) I am thankful for all God has brought me through.

Gabriel Working On His Gator
Gabe saw Michael rotating the tires on his truck, so Gabe decided he needed to work on his gator also.

Gabe's Table (created by mom and dad)
This has been our next wood work creation. We decided to make Gabe a table that would fit up close to his recliner. Michael cut the wood and I sanded and painted it. We are in the process of putting polycrylic on it now. This wood working thing is actually very fun! I know we are only amateur's, but we are learning a lot.

Sur La Table
This post was an idea given to me by my friend Stephanie. The recipe was given to me by a lady I used to work with at Reproductive Medicine. It was delicious!
Easy Chicken Pot Pie
chicken breasts (cut up into chunks and boiled)
1 can of corn
1 large can of veg-all (mixed veggies)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 frozen pie crust pack (will come with 2 crust's to use)
*Place one pie crust into pie pan. Mix veggies, corn, chicken, and cream of chk. soup together in a bowl. Pour into pie plate. Place 2nd pie crust on top and cut/poke holes in it. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-45 min. or until done.
Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake
make by box directions
drizzle chocolate sauce on top
add reddi-whip

Halloween Already?
I was walking through Michael's craft store and of course all the halloween decor was out. So, I decided that I would get a little bag and some stick on items for Gabe to decorate with. He had fun as you can see. My little "Gabenstein". =)
